The Granite FamilySearch Center has a multitude of media equipment and services available to assist you in your family history efforts. Audio/visual specialists can help you with digitizing slides, audio, and photos. All material for preservation must meet FamilySearch copyright and media guidelines.
Patrons wishing to scan photos by themselves should check in with a volunteer. Scanning sessions will be up to 30 minutes in length. In the event there is not another patron waiting to use the scanner, the current scanner may continue their session past the 30-minute time limit until another patron wishes to use the scanner.
All scanners save to a USB flashdrive. Bring your own from home or one can be purchased at the Center.
Note: Printing and scanning should be done only for family history-related items, not for other personal uses.
