Recently, FamilySearch expanded its free online archives with over 28 million new records from 31 different countries. Some exciting additions include nearly 17 million national civil registration records from the Philippines, 2.7 million dog license registration records from Ireland, and one million civil registration records from Italy.
Other countries with significant record additions include the following:

- Brazil
- Croatia
- Peru
- Scotland
- Venezuela
