When the Granite Family History Center was closed along with churches and temples in March, I was pretty certain that things would be opened again by now, and life would return to normal. While we are gradually moving in that direction, we will need to be patient for awhile longer.
Many church members have seen their church callings limited, I have been blessed to have a calling where I could continue to write the Granite FHC blog, twice a week. It has been a challenge as well as a blessing. At times I have felt inadequate, and lacking in ideas, and you came to my rescue.
Janet Helland, Director of Patron Services for the Granite Family History Center, has reached out via email, to many Temple and Family History Consultants inviting them to share their story for posting on the Granite FHC website. These articles have been heart-warming and inspiring.
The articles you have shared, help the Granite FHC History Blog readers, more than you will ever know. I have felt the Spirit of what you have shared and appreciate your willingness to bless and inspire others in this great work.
I invite each of you to share your journey of Temple and Family History. There is a submit article button on the homepage of the Granite FHC website, or you can send articles to me directly or to Janet Helland by email. If you have questions please feel free to email me or Janet, and we will get back with you.
While you are pondering what you can do to bless and serve others, please consider sharing your story. Your contribution will bless and inspire others.
